Shipping policy

Forever Toys endeavours to ship your order within 5 business days.

All orders over $250 will attract free shipping unless otherwise stated in the descriptions for larger items.

Packaging – being mindful of our environment and making the most of reuse & recycle, we will often send products to you in boxes that are being reused. We will pack your precious toys so as to prevent any damage whilst in transit. We encourage you to also reuse or recycle any of our packaging. Be creative, what kid doesn’t like to hide under a box or make a cardboard box car.

Please contact immediately if you believe your toy/s have been damaged in transit. Please don’t open any packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you, pending our return/refund policy.
